Sonja understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

Booking an appointment means that you are holding Sonja's time and that she too has reserved this time for you & your session.

In her desire to be effective and fair to all of her clients, and out of consideration for her time, Sonja has adopted the following policies:

- 24hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment.

-You may reschedule at no charge prior 24-hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the your scheduled session cost

- No shows will not be refunded nor receive credit.

- If you arrive 15 minutes late, without contacting Sonja, she will consider your session a NO SHOW session. Please contact Sonja as soon as you know you may be running late.

- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, but contact Sonja prior to the time of you scheduled session, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Sonja will do her very best to give you a full session.

- Depending upon how late you arrive, Sonja will determine if there is enough time for your full session. Hopefully, this is the case. Regardless of length of treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session.

- Please Note: parking in front of the building as a 2 hour limit. It is recommended that you park in the back lot.
